We worked with Miguel Lopez from Flores Fencing in June 2021. We had a large section of fence (227 linear feet) replaced with iron fencing. We had a new gate added +2 existing gates replaced as part of the work. We had some difficult property exceptions (massive overgrowth), and that was no problem, no delay. Responsiveness to questions was very quick, and everything was handled very easily. Pricing was reasonable and upheld as per the contract. Several months later with time to reflect and inspect more deeply, and the fence still meets all of my expectations. I was very happy about all of the little details too. An important part was the permit, and unlike other companies I have used at other houses, Mr. Lopez did actually get the permit. The fence inspector was happy with the results as well. We required no revisions. I unreservedly recommend them for any fence related work in the area.

Don't use this company, the owner will not come out on the day to install or repair fence, he send out none speaking English workers that didn't come to our door first, they just pulled up in our back and started working without coming to my door and giving me the contact before starting like I requested. They uses broken and split planks, they are so unprofessional. They tried to rig my gate and not replace or remove the plank and put a new one on, they just put a split plank over the old one and cut around the gate lock. I made them fix it the way it should be done. They had to keep calling the owner because they didn't speak English. Please run from this company. The owner also got smart with me when I told him about his workers poured concrete on our grass after they were done installing the fence. Please run from this company.

Flores did some work on my sliding gate, he is climbing he did lot of work and asking for more money. He never mentioned the Price or write any contract with him about the work or money. he is trying to charge more than 5 times what they worked. Now he is scaring me he will put Link on the property. I am ready to deal on the Link. I suggest don't work with him with out quote for the work.
