BEWARE!! RUN!!! He owes me and several other investors tens of thousands of dollars. Lied over and over and never paid money back. Also, work was left unfinished. I had to pay subcontractors who sued me because he did not pay them after I gave him the money. He also hires unskilled workers and I had to pay for brand new roof to be replaced along with more than $50,000.00 of redoing plumbing electrical and other work he did not do up to code or did very poorly. I had to go to court with the city because he lied about permits and used incorrect permits. he is a very convincing liar... and exceptional con man. He played on my compassion and kindness and ripped me off. I have since learned from at least 8 other investors that he did the same to them!!
