  Me and wife have a great experience with Orlando and his company. He was very professional, we feel very happy with his job, Clean and beautiful. He always answer our questions or concerns. I really recommend his services.

  I had planned to purchase the paver product myself through Mutual Materials to try to save some money and have Flores Landscaping install ("everyone" in the neighborhood uses him) Orland convinced me to let him pay for the pavers and do the installation promising that he would warranty the pavers and would replace any if there were issues. I paid for poly sand which is supposed to harden like cement when inserted in the cracks and then wet. His team worked really hard and the patio was gorgeous. Install was in October 2019. In November I contacted him because water was freezing between pavers and I was concerned there was not enough sand between the pavers. No answer. Starting in February 2020, I had significant grass growing between the pavers. I texted him 4 times over 3 months before I received a response. He said he would check his schedule to see when he would be in the area. 4 more texts a (with pictures) over the next few weeks - going into May (at this point, I had to mow my patio) He came out finally and said he had never seen this issue before. Sprayed it all with round up and said he would be back the next weekend (August 2020) to add additional poly sand. 8 texts and several call into September 2020 with no response. I paid a significant amount for the patio and went with Orlando because of his promise of a warranty. The whole experience has been very frustrating and now I am exploring additional options because the patio is "white trash" given how much grass and other plants are growing through the cracks. The only thing I can think of, other than being very disappointed with the lack of response/service, is perhaps his family was impacted by covid. I certainly wish them the best. Giving the entire project a 2 because his team worked very hard and the patio was beautiful at first. I rate the follow up service as a 0.
