Flores painting built a fence for my neighbor and I thought they did a really good job, so I walked over and asked if they did plumbing work as well. The company owner (Juan Flores) said they did everything under general contracting. I was remodeling my master bathroom and needed a plumber to re-route drain for bathtub and install new valves for shower stall and new tub. He inspected my project and said he could do work. He and a helper showed up a couple days later and began work. They soldered shower valve and tried to solder tub valve but could not get leak to stop by end of day (not great at sweating in copper tubing) so they capped off lines. This was on a Saturday so Juan said he would have someone back out there on Monday to finish project. After he left I was inspecting tub valve and noticed burnt drywall paper and worse yet, an electrical wiring had protective sheathing burnt away from wires leaving them exposed. Wiring was against copper tubing! This could result in a fire and was left alone without even telling me what had happened. No show on Monday and will not answer my calls to either number that I had gotten from him (voicemail says mailbox full on both). Have made numerous attempts to reach Flores Painting but to no avail. I had even referred my neighbor to him but now have to tell him that would be a mistake. Do not use this company! They did not even have a contract drawn up for work to be performed.
