Called Florida Breeze at 5:27 pm...we are under a new home warranty. They finally showed up at 9:40 pm...after saying a two hour window. It is a Friday night, and they say the fan is out, and can't be fixed until Monday. We have a dinner party planned for tomorrow evening. This is inexcusable! We are at 84 degrees at this moment! So terribly disappointed ?
