    Renovation of Balconys

    Working with Christian the son of Frank, Christian is doing an excellent job for the Wave Condos and always on top of every situation. Any questions or answered that David Troy. Property Manager for the Wave and David C Lucas, Board President for the Wave, have are answered and dealth with by Christian no matter what time of day or night. He is doing a remarkable job and doing it in a timely matter and fashion. Our thanks to FCS!!!

    Horrible, they subcontracted the job out to someone who was't capable of building a shed let a lone an addition. The work they did was substandard and incomplete. It took over 6 months to finish a carport enclosure and the plans were not followed as agreed. If you don't heed this warning and hire them, get everything in writing, (in detail) and keep a diary with pictures and notes as project progresses, and don't agree to pay up front.

    Rob came to my house; took my drawings, construction inventory and design. Had me email him the details of the discussions we had about his initial visit on 17 Jan 2017; then stated he would have an estimate to me in a week. A week pass. I contact Frank the owner/manager asking Frank the status of the estimate and Frank tells me that Rob told me my project was too small for their company and that I needed to go to Craig's List to find someone for my project. If Rob had stated that to me, why would he have taken my drawings, kitchen design, construction inventory and direct me to email Rob everything we discussed that needed to be completed

    Our Build Zoom profile states the minimum size of job that we will handle. Kevin advised that he had a kitchen remodel. Rob visited the site and information was forwarded. When I contacted Kevin, he advised that he wanted an install only. We are a fairly large construction company. Our projects typically range in the 100k to 500k range. We are overqualified for this project, which would have resulted in a ridiculous price for him.....he needed a subcontractor, not a general contractor. I was trying to do him a favor. Why would you hire a "General Contractor" to install cabinets??

    The simple addition I wanted started 11 months ago and has finally finished. I was told this would be no more than a 3 month project. I have had to deal with poor subcontractors, additional expenses and poor scheduling. I have been held hostage in my own home for the last 11 months. Unable to travel or have family stay with me,I had to put them up in a hotel. I have heard every excuse imaginable over the last year about why it has taken so long. They have been paid but left me with damaged ceilings , walls and my fence. One of the owners of the company had to come himself to do the majority of the build. Although he is talented craftsmen he should not have had to come out himself. I am disappointed in the whole build,a simple room addition caused me many nights without sleep.
    I just sent them the final check and want nothing more to do with them.
