Bill and his crew have worked with us for a very long time. His dedication to making sure everything is done correct and to the highest standard is remarkable. His prior work speaks for his self and he has been a remarkable business owner for a very long time. I highly recommend Lodgebox over any other company in Florida. We can’t say enough about Bill and his professionalism. I had no one to turn to when I had an emergency situation with a hot water tank that ruptured in my home. I was in Ohio at the time. When I found out my bedroom and bathroom were flooding I called Bill and he went to my home to check on the damage. It was terrible. Bill immediately took action and acted on the situation with urgency and treated the property as if it was his own. He took charge of everything from mitigating the progression of the water damage to negotiations with the insurance company. He took time helping my wife design a new luxurious bathroom and coordinated all the construction. The project was lengthy but turned out beautiful. I really don’t know what I would have done without Bill and his team. Bill also did a remodel for me in a bedroom and bathroom. Again it went flawlessly and were very pleased with the work. Bill takes pride in his work. He is trustworthy and a man of his word. Since then Bill has become my property manager and takes care of my property needs when I am not in Florida.

I hired and paid William Bell large sums of money to remodel my townhouse 3 years ago. The remodel was a nightmare including shabby workmanship and the fact that Bell was rarely on site reportedly "sick". Since then, I've had flooding, multiple roof leaks, and most recently a fire in my dryer due to improper installation. The last time I contacted Bell last year to report a leaky roof, he indicated that he was no longer in business but he would come over to check on the roof he installed but he never did. Most recently, this past weekend, my dryer fully engulfed in flames. The repairman provided me the screen that was left on the vent by Bell which blocked the air flow and the flammable accumulated lint was cleaned out. If I was not standing right next to the dryer when it caught on fire, I would have been killed and my home as well as neighbors would have burnt down. In addition, I have spend thousands of dollars on repairs due to Bells inept work.
In July of 2019 Bill Bell of Lodgebox Development, Inc. came to our recently purchased home to give his analysis of a load bearing wall we wanted removed to expand a very small kitchen. Bill was professional and knowledgeable, he took charge and called in an engineer, obtained all of the drawings and proper extensive permitting.
Bill's crew came with the materials to install a massive beam required by code to enlarge our kitchen.
From that day forward my husband and I hired Bill Bell and his crew of Lodgebox Development, Inc. to not only design but build us a kitchen that currently belongs in magazines.
We were so pleased, we also hired Bill to gut and redo the entire inside of our home. Our remodel took 9 months of Bill's crew coming at 8 AM 5 days a week only because as I saw the amazing transformations, I kept adding rooms for them to gut and redo.
Bill's scheduling and quidance of his team of subcontractors was on point keeping the job flowing without a hitch.
Bill and his crew paid close attention to detail on the smallest of things making the end product next to perfection in every room.
We now have the home of our dreams with a huge gasp from our family and friends when they walk through.

The personal care and attention to every little detail as if it were his own home sets Bill Bell and his crew apart from any other company of it's kind out there.
Since the completion of the inside in March of 2019, we have continued to hire Bill Bell Lodgebox Development, Inc. for additional large projects on the outside of our home up to currently in August of 2021, Bill and his crew added a 10' × 50' insulated aluminum roof w/columns, 3 ceiling fans and recessed lighting to the rear enclosed pool deck, creating a beautiful ( hurricane rated) covered entertainment area to enjoy year round.
We could not be more grateful for the opportunity of meeting Bill Bell of Lodgebox Development and the prevalidge of work with his amazing crew and all they have done in turning an average house into a beautiful home for myself & my husband to enjoy our retirement.
