So far I would rate my experience with Fence Outlet at 5 stars. The sales person, (Michael Gollhofer) was honest and professional. It is hard to write a fair and complete revue, at this time, since no other service has been provided by Fence Outlet of Orlando.

I recently had a job done by Fence Outlet. The job was completed, but not correctly. The fence outlet representative who measured the job did so incorrectly. I was unaware of this until the job was completed. They shorted me 1 fence panel. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to acknowledge the error and provide the additional panel. They state that they are following the contract for the allotted materials delivered. I am not a fencing professional so I assumed the measuring was done correctly. My job was $8500.00 dollars. They could not comp the 1 panel to make the job right. If you use Fence Outlet be sure to follow behind the "professional" to make sure they measure everything properly.
