DO NOT USE FLORIDA PLUMBING WORKS—THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK !! Slow leak in refrigerator water hose & unable to turn wall pipe valve off. Had to turn ALL WATER OFF. Plumber just cut off leaking part of hose and added a needle valve. Because slow leak had caused black mold on wall, I had to place an insurance claim. When contractor from Insurance Co. saw the fix done, 1st thing he said was “We have to get a PLUMBER to fix this pipe”. Their plumber came & replaced the nonworking pipe valve. I’d just paid FP Works $190.00 to fix the leak, and now finding out that it was NOT DONE PROPERLY, I called the Florida Plumbing Works Office requesting a refund. They requested and I sent pictures of both fixes. I have not heard from them since. Things can happen, but a reputable business stands behind what their workers do. FLORIDA PLUMBING WORKS DOESN’T. So BUYER BEWARE. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH ANY WORK THEY DO, DON’T EXPECT ANY RESTITUTION. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY IN THEIR HANDS, THEY ARE THROUGH WITH YOU!!
