Florida Pro Services LLC, rude, lazy and extremely incompetent. They are also opportunists, since they showed up, representing Choice Warranty for a ductwork on my attic, since the insulation guys found and videotaped a huge leak in one of the vents. The guy went up for like 3 minutes and came back with the news that he could not found the leak. I told him to look again because the leak was there. He asked for proof and I presented him with the video. I left for a moment, I don’t think he went back since the ladder was already put up in it’s place, he was on the phone when I came back (not more than a couple of minutes. The guy pointed out that he wasn’t carrying the equipment and had to go back to headquarters to notify Choice and get approval for the job, but first I had to pay the $75.00 deductible. Reluctantly I paid and he left. The next thing I know, I find out in the notes of Choice warranty that they reported there was no leak and no work had to be done. So now I have a leak in the attic and I am $75.00 lighter. I now in a loosing fight with Choice to get my $75.00 back, because there is no talking to the staff at Florida Pro Services LLC, which I pointed out are lazy, extremely rude people.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They came out on behalf of Choice Warranty to look at the air conditioner that stopped working on Thanksgiving. It is now, mid-December - they are stating Choice Warranty did not approve them to fix the air conditioner, Choice is telling me they have told them, again and again. Now Florida pro's just puts me on hold when I call them - immediately. Doesn't answer. No manager has called me back despite my requests numerous times. Worst ever! DO NOT USE THEM!
