First let me say what a pleasure it was working with Florida Quality Roofing. Everyone from the owner of the company to the office staff and the hard working guys out in the field is what makes FQR one of the very best in South Florida.
We chose Florida Quality Roofing wisely and carefully after interviewing more than 5 companies and could not have asked for a better experience than we received from them.
Most companies will send a salesman out to talk to you but with FQR the OWNER comes out! German (the owner ) is far from a high powered salesman, he's about as mellow as one can get!! I like that, I don't like being pressured. He discussed the different types of metal roofs that were available and what he recommended and what he didn't. We formulated a plan and within a week German provided the cost and said our roofing material was available. We went with the plan and a month later we had a beautiful brand new roof.
I learned a lot about metal roofs. They are labor intensive, much more complicated than asphalt shingle roofs. You really need a skilled crew of workers to install a metal roof correctly. Florida Quality Roofing has been around for a very long time, rare for roofing companies, they know what they're doing. I would hire them for any kind of roof.

Stella is the only Roofing Company I would turn to. She's responsible, has fair pricing, is knowledgeable, returns calls and shows she cares. FL Quality Roofing did everything promised and more. We had 4 estimates before choosing this firm and this was definitely the right decision. From their initial presentation to final cleanup, they kept in constant contact. We received pics during the process, and multiple emails to keep us informed of the schedule (lots of rain down here and that can disrupt work). We had a metal roof installed in a spectacular copper color and can't be more pleased with the outcome. We've had additional projects done with other companies, and I just wish they all had the same attention to detail and follow through, German and Stella were always available if I had any questions. The crew doing the work were very respectful and when doing the final cleanup, even picked up some branches I had waiting for trash day! Truly a pleasure using this company, wish they had more business ventures. We won't ever need another roof, but if we did, would choose them again.

As a licensed GC, I have used several different roofing contractors over the years, and none have been more professional or reliable than Florida Quality Roofing. I recently called them to do a re-roof on a property in West Palm Beach. The owner showed up himself to do the estimate, he emailed me a very detailed proposal within 24 hours, and once I gave him the green light to start the job, his team in the office started processing the permit application right away. Their crew of workers were uniformed guys that were clearly insured and on their payroll, not a bunch of day laborers that were picked up in front of Home Depot, like I have seen with other roofing companies. Also, their workers used all the proper safety harnesses, lanyards, etc., and they passed all the inspections the first time. I definitely plan on using them again.
