BEWARE! This company cost me thousands of dollars due to their mistake. I did not even hire them. They worked on my neighbor’s cable service extending the it from the provider access point across my lawn to my other neighbor’s connection point. During this process they never cleared with me or any member of my family to dig up my lawn, but this is not the major issue. While drilling the line, they drilled directly through my house waste line, placing a two-inch cable line in the middle of a four-inch pipe. Yes, you guessed it, the waste line was blocked and ultimately backed up into the house. We had waste water everywhere saturating drywall, baseboards and flooring. Obviously, I had to pay out of pocket to fix the issue immediately! Integrity is key here. The drilling company owner came out to investigate and verbally assured me he would reimburse me for repairs. As he asked, I submitted pictures of the damage and receipts for the repair. After a few weeks, I received an email denying any reimbursement to cleanup and repair the damage. It is sad that this company has no integrity. To be honest, they do not even deserve the single star I had to select to post this review. BEWARE!
