My friend recommended this contractor and at first, everything was great. We called him after we moved into our new house because we had a leak in the kitchen (we thought). Marco called in another man to replace a pipe in the wall which was fine by us. The other guy that he hired proved to be unreliable and consistently late. Our house smelled AWFUL because things were backing up into bathrooms, etc. and we needed him to finish his job before we could call Roto Rooter. Eventually he fixed the pipe (took him about 4 days to do so). When we expressed how frustrated we were that nothing was being done and that Marco had wiped his hands clean of the situation, Marco didn't seemed to care. Then, part of of our wood floors that he had done needed to be fixed (a threshold popped off). I have been unable to get in touch with him- he is avoiding my text messages and phone calls. We are not rude people, but if you pay for a service don't you expect it to be fixed if it was installed improperly? Still, no response from anybody representing Marco or his company. Unfortunately I can't endorse this company.
