  Horrible customer service they take advantage of senior citizens and Vetrans and refuse to provide there workers compensation and licenses and insurance they claim to have on there contracts

  Tree clearing

  $12,000

  I paid them to clear my 1 1/3 acres from trees and they didn't finish the job by leaving a few trees behind not cut down (reason unknown) and they never came back to fix my fence they took down and damage to the siding on my house from one of the trees falling and hitting the house AND they tore down about 30 feet of my neighbors fence to put the pile of trees for the truck to pick up and they left a small pile of the trees on my neighbors property and didn't fix the neighbors fence either. I called their sales person numerous times and after a few times of leaving a message the phone was shut off and I called their office multiple times and spoke with the receptionist or left messages for at first anyone to call me, then after a few calls, for the owner to call me and I received one call back after my 1st call to the receptionist from a gentleman who said he would have it all taken care of by the end of the week. That was 7 months ago and after many more calls to the office by me I still have never heard back from them. The pile is still in my neighbors yard. Both of our fences are still not fixed AND the siding on my house is still messed up. The entire neighborhood hates us now from all the mess, especially that neighbor who called the cops on us about the mess and broken fence Florida's Tree Masters made on their property.
  The sales guy made a lot of promises that never were fulfilled, and their ownership obviously doesn't care about the poor level of service since they would not call me back to even discuss it (after that one call that was completely unfulfilled).
  BUYER BEWARE, and whatever you do, don't pay until the job is done completely!

  I had a positive experience working with the Team from Florida Tree Masters. They were cohesive, knowledgeable, respectful and focused on getting their jobs done. I noted their system of self accountability and team accountability as well. When they went to work, they were totally engaged on their respective areas of responsibility. Sales representative demonstrated care for the customer and respect for getting things done as promised. It takes a team to take a tree down the size of mine--they got it done and they did it well.
