I went with out a/c for 12 days waiting on a part. Then when the part came in. Flowertown owner said" I'm sorry sir we misdiagnosed your system it was only a loose shreder clave and they tightened up and left. The owner was not understanding at all and did not offer any type of compensation. This company will not be back at my house again
