Flux Construction

I own an apartment building, Flux Construction had recently wrapped up the work on my property. The work included a new roof and gutters, bathroom remodeling, replacing old galvanized water pipes with new copper pipes, and an electrical panel upgrade. To describe my experience contracting them, two words come to mind- professionalism and quality. They kept my best interest throughout the project. Their interaction with me at all times was respectful and appropriate. Eran's and Liran's ability to explain the process was remarkable. I had a really bad experience with the contractor I hired previously for another project, this time I was extremely careful in picking the right company for the job and I’m very happy with my choice. I place a high value on credentials and credibility. The project was completed fairly quickly, in bout 4 weeks, and the job site was left clean and organized.

We were very pleased with the bathrooms and interior remodel we did with Flux Construction. It was not a complicated project, and they were the only contractor that didn't try pushing us to hire them. We talked through various possibilities and Liran had some great design ideas. They even helped us shop for our plumbing fixtures and tile. Because it was a relatively small project, they were able to fit us in quickly. They got everything done efficiently with high-quality, solid workmanship. Great communication with Liran and Eran. All the inspections passed quickly and the remodel was completed in 7 weeks. I plan to use them again for future projects and would highly recommend them, especially to anyone who’s looking for an honest contractor.

My wife and I are not new to construction, we have a record of hit and miss when it comes to contractors and remodelers. This time, we hit a home run thanks to our close friends who previously hired the Flux crew for an interior remodeling project and were highly impressed with their work.
We had a complete interior remodeling done on our 1380 SF apartment.
Management – Excellent. Eran and Liran the owners are great guys, both are easy to communicate with and both were involved in every single part of the project. They were available for us literally at all times, gave us daily updates, assisted us in design and did much more to make this project run smooth.
Craftsmanship – Very good. Their workers and sub-contractors are skillful in their trades.
Overall – We are very happy with the way this project went, as a strong believer in you get what you give I am writing this review because Flux Construction deserves the praises.

My experience with Liran and Eran from Flux Construction in one word - priceless(!) In more than a word I would like to thank you to the Flux owners and crew for a real good construction experience. From the detailed quote following our first meeting, through the thorough planning process, and all the way to the very beautiful room addition they built for us, the Flux team did an amazing job. Both owners Liran and Eran were involved at all times, the quality of their management, the communication, the workmanship, the attention to details, all was top notch. Being the shopper I am, for future projects, I will still take 3 quotes, but the Flux guys will definitely be one of them and my top choice.

Description of work:

Our project consisted of a 400SF master bedroom addition, and a re-organization of the existing space to create a master suite with a master bathroom and a master closet. Also, we got to create an additional guest bathroom by moving a couple of the interior walls and converting a part of the old master bedroom into a guest bathroom and a hallway. The total price of this construction was $165,000.00
