Don't get fooled by all the 5 star reviews. My experience with these guys is anything but 5 stars. We contracted them in September to redo our roof. We paid over 50k and even extra for an expedited process. Work started in late September and half way through there was a rain storm. They did not secure the roof and water leaked into the house. I had to put out multiple buckets over night. Bart came out to readjust the tarp, but water just went through somewhere else.
Seven days after work started, the roof was done. The crew left. But in the process of ripping out the old flashing, they destroyed a lot of sidings, left many uncovered. The sidings that they did put back, nail holes were not caulked. They insisted I pay them the full amount even though we haven't gone through a final walk through and all the damages were not repaired. I refused. After almost a month of going back and forth, while parts of the siding is missing, getting rained on, they finally sent someone to fix them.
But there's still another major issue. There was a change of order to rebuild a chimney chase. They left it wrapped in plastic sheets. And I have been waiting for them to install the siding since September. It's middle of November now. The chimney chase is still not done. The plastic sheets are falling apart. Water is getting inside. I asked Ryan to send someone to fix this (secure the plastic cover). It's been over 4 weeks now and no one has shown up for an easy 1 hour task. And they are suppose to warrants their work for 5 years?

Recently had Fly Guys clean our steep metal roof and side our tall home. The teams work ethic was super. Fast yet great attention to detail, high quality . Important communication and respectful of us as the property owners. Not to overlook that the bid was fair. Our 30 year home looks great and we'd hire these hard workers again. Fly Guys came down to where I live and put a new roof and gutters on my duplex. Completed in two days and a fantastic job. Easy to work with and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a roof ! Thanks so much to all of you !!! Also a fantastic clean up afterwords :)
