Communication is horrible. They cancelled day-of when I had already confirmed the Friday before for the following Monday, so that was a full day of work that I lost pay for. When they did show up, they did do a good job, but they left a massive pile of debris behind my wall and they have left it there for over a month. The owner Frank, has not returned my calls or texts, and at this point is not going to fix this mess. I would think twice about hiring this company.

Communication is practically non-existent with this contractor, and they did not follow through on what they promised. They have left a side-job project half-completed and have ceased communicating with me as to when they plan to finish it. They were sub-contracted out for the decking on a pool installation (which they did complete), but the refurbishment of a water feature has been postponed, rescheduled, and left uncompleted for months now. They are very, very unprofessional.
