If you want nothing but problems use a reputable pool company that stands behind their work, this is NOT the company. Beautiful pool, ongoing problems that the owner Frank does not acknowledge or fix!!! Pay extra and get a better pool builder!!!!

Beware of this company
Anyone who also have problems with FM Fools ( i got fooled ) not pools contact me 954-205-4071 or [email protected] i am tired and fed up of there excuses it over a year since the contract was signed and my pool is not completed yet,they make many mistakes and is's always excuses from joy, frank the owner and todd.
Also spoke to leonard about a week ago his name is on the plans as the contractor, no response SMH!
This Florida company is the worst!!!! Very very unprofessional company
FM Pools inc and Fm Pools & Outdoor Living Same company owned by Frank.
I am moving forward with legal action.

Beware!!! of this company, once you sign a contract with this company it is hell after. My pool is being constructed a year next month and it's only excuse excuse excuse very poor customer service. They work once a month 2 days may 3.

18 months since breaking ground on our pool, all failed inspections and most are still open, the spa hasn’t worked since day one, several leaks and no one responds and no sign of work every to be completed. Just want it finished already.
