OVERPRICED, UNDER-DELIVERED, UNRESPONSIVE.
We hired him to finish a couple of jobs before the tenants could move in. Initially the response seemed great and we did the mistake of paying in advance before all work was completed.
Once the payment was made, he stopped picking up our calls and gave an excuse (car trouble) which in hindsight seems like a standard lie used by unprofessional contractors.
Run away from this company (or Mike Lugossy) and save your time/money. I hope no one else suffers because of these guys.

We hired Mike Lugossy to rebuild our deck, paid him up front for material. He showed up a couple times for about three hours, and each time only had a few deck boards, claiming shortage of lumber. Over a six week period, he spent about 7 days at our house. Most days it was just another excuse (lie) about why he couldn't make it. We were left with deck boards missing, crooked railings, stairs that weren't screwed down or cut uneven. We had to hire a REAL contractor to come in and remove the railings, replace all spindles and redo the stairs, not to mention the cost of replacing all the lumber that was destroyed. I agree with the previous review...run away from this guy. He is a liar and a thief
