    raise pool deck
    $1,250

Our pool has a multi level deck. One level had settled and needed to be raised slightly. Jason Burke came out to look at the project and give a quote. He went on and on about how customer satisfaction if very important to them. 10/3 team (two guys) were out to lift the area. They drilled and started work. They overfilled and cracked the pool skimmer, the patio, and now i have a big hump in the middle of this section. There is no way to remove some foam so now we'll have to have that section of the deck torn out and replaced. Replacing a section of the deck and the skimmer assembly is going to be quite expensive. One of the guys who was here said I could just put some gorilla tape on it. I emailed Jason Burke to let him know. He replied back on the afternoon of the 5th and said he would let his supervisors know and someone would be contacting me. It's been two weeks and nobody has bothered to contact me. Will be contacting BBB and a lawyer.
