Most of the work done was quite good, but the electrical sub-contractor tried to take short cuts at several points. There were also quite a few details (punch list items) that had to be pointed out and fixed. Near the end of the project Chris Fogarty and his foreman Jeff attempted to hide a serious flaw in the project. Fortunately, I noticed it and they did fix it. When I discovered another serious problem some time after the completion of the project, neither Fogarty nor the sub-contractor involved would even return my phone calls.
