The quality of work he is passing off is terrible. Doesn't communicate well. And Doesn't do as he says. I wouldn't take his word for anything. Ask people that have dealt with him, before going any further. Buyer beware. I dont recommend to anyone.

If I could give a zero I would have! The absolute poorest quality houses ever made. The entire development of Country Meadows is experiencing poor run off control with improper drainage and easement systems causing erosion around houses and drive ways. Drive ways that are cracked, cracking, or will very soon be cracked due to this erosion. The builder claims that the driveways are not meant for certain types of vehicles hence why they break, but it is because there is no packdown material under the drive.
Houses were built in an extreme rush. Decks that were added on were not build to code and are falling apart, three contractors have stated that the quality of the decks is something you would see from a complete amateur and that it is surprising that they are still standing since they have pulled away from the houses.
Foundations are cracking and it is even to the point that one of the houses is now vacant and had to be rebought back from the homeowner because of a serious crack.
Our sliding door is now broken and we have no access to our elevate death platform. The lock is unable to be unlocked and is stuck shut, very helpful when dogs have to be let out.
These are brand new houses most less than a year old. This equals poor quality and a lack of caring on part of Foley. Our houses should never have received passing scores.
BUYER BEWARE! Have any new home inspected by a legitimate inspector. Foley will take every advantage of you that they can. They will gouge you for repairs or request!
