In 2009 Foltz was supposed to get my electrical up to code .In 2015 I almost lost my life when plugged into my outside outlet while on a ladder touching a fluorescent bulb no outside gfci,also in 2018 my oxygen concentrator went out O2 man checked house for ground their was none ,would not recommend them for any electrical work at all.
