100% not reliable. Nobody picks up the phone or returns your calls. Neither there is a voice message or company info on the phone.
Made two-time appointments and never showed up or called to cancel or reschedule. Waited and waited with no response.
This company looks fraudulent. Bought 4 deals for AC and Furnace maintenance thru Groupon. I will be cancelling and requesting a refund.
I'll be rating zero if there is a zero rating scale.

The first time I used the services of Fondren Heating and cooling I purchased HVAC service through Groupon. My air conditioner was out for the second time i in a year. Mr. Fondren serviced the air conditioner as well after another contractor said it was repaired but was not. It has worked perfectly since. Next, I had a problem with my furnace. Another company replaced the motor saying that was the problem. However, that motor went out within year. Mr. Fondren took a look and said he would be back the next day, because he had to figure out what could be causing the motor to go out. Everything else in the furnace was perfect. He then concluded that the motor that was in the furnace was sized too big and therefore, installed a motor a little smaller. The furnace motor has been perfect since and that was 1-1/2 years ago. I will rely on Mr. Fondren for my HVAC system from now on. I had others who had no idea what the problem was with my furnace as well as air conditioner! Deborah Mayer
