The owner operator was extremely dishonest. They install Luxaire units that need charged on a yearly basses, a good heat pump will not need charged. He also does very sloppy work. There are plenty of other companies in the area, just look else where and save your self the stress. He'll probably be cheaper but you get what you pay for.

Very professional and personal. They did a great job and it's a year later and I am very satisfied with the heat pump/central air system they put in my home.
