    I hired Foothill Construction for a very intensive renovation and addition to my home. I had architectural plans approved by the city and was not happy with my original contractor ( no imagination, price and build exactly to plan, knowing plan had errors)Mark and Roxanne with their team brought issues to my attention, bid accordingly with my options for cost containment. We contained our budget and were able to move in before the original completion date. The attention to detail and communication was 100%. No surprises during project or at the end. Thank you Foothill Construction you went beyond my expectations.
