If you see a van with the words "Force Restoration Inc." Do not do business with that company "Force Restoration Inc.". He (Omar) is all about the money; he over charges the insurance company and POCKETS the rest of the money. If the job is really only $5,000 he'll charge $45,000 and pocket the rest. Omar is a fast talker; he lies, very combative if you don't agree with him on things. To ME it seems as if he picks up his "employees" from home depot. They don't know how to paint, let alone put down carpet. He picks and chose who will get an estimate and who won't. I have asked for an estimate and he says, "Whatever the insurance pay, is what I get" huh? Ever the dentist gives an estimate, catering services gives estimate. He told me his type of business goes off the scope of the insurance; the scoop of the insurance is what Omar tells them. Force Restoration Inc. AKA, Omar G******* listen to the fire scanner and that's how he finds his next victim.... Yes you will become his victim. I should've known better when "Force Restoration Inc." AKA; Omar G******* just popped up at my house to "help" me with my fire. It took them 6 months for something that should've only taken 3 months if that. He was paid (from insurance) almost $19,000 for half a**painting my walls, putting in drywall (maybe about 2 feet tall) and replace my flooring. Now, I have to pay someone (out of my pocket) to come in and fix the crap his home depot employees F'ed. My kitchen flooring was perfect, now it how some white crap on the floor that won't come up. I have paint on every counter top in my house; baseboard in master bedroom is lifting. This has been a nightmare. Glad I am back in my house. Pissed that he was paid for half a** work, and now I will be out of money (not made whole). Make sure if you do decide to be his next victim in such a bad time that you either have an attorney present or, prepare yourself for hell.

The experience of a restaurant fire can be quite devastating for everyone involved. Thank God nobody was hurt and that Omar and his wife to Dulce were there to help and make the restoration and enjoyable experience. The most important priority was to re-open for business and to be able to put everyone's life back in order especially all those who are my associates/employees in the operation. Force Restoration handled everything from the beginning to the end and delivered an outstanding project in a faster time than we had even projected. Omar really understood the importance of opening the business fast and also of delivering a beautiful remodeled like new restaurant. I would highly recommend Force Restoration for any issue and for any project no matter how large or small it may be. Omar is my contractor for life and I thank him his wife and the whole company.

My name is Margaret and on Sept 14th 2015 I had a house fire,Force restoration came to my rescue. Omar Gonzalez was great and his crew was amazing. My home was restored beautifully and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Force restoration for all home restoration needs. I also have to mention that Omar and his wife Dulcet are wonderful and caring people and will make you feel very much at ease, thank you very much Omar and Dulcet for your kindness.

Through the devastation of losing a kitchen, to the relief of Omar Gonzalez and his professional team of reconstruction contractors. He not only is restoring the insurance portion, but when asked to update the ceiling, which lead to repainting extra rooms, was pleased to provide the additional work. I highly recommend his services.

When my house had water sewage damage that occurred on 7/21/2014, I felt so devastated.
Then I met Omar Gonzalez, Field Operation Manager with Force Restoration Inc. who was recommended by a friend. He probably noticed how overwhelmed and stressed I was so he told me not to worry as he would take care of everything.
While he gave me an assurance that the work will be done and I would be happy with the outcome, I was kind of skeptical because I heard a lot of bad things about contractors in general.
So I let him do the job and now that it is complete, I am so happy and very satisfied with the result. It was beyond my expectations and they finished the work on the promised date. I would highly recommend Force Restoration Inc. They not only did a very good job in restoring my house but they are very professional and courteous. -

I had a water heater leak that created water damage in the bathrooms and kitchen ceiling as well as walls and kitchen cabinets. Force Restoration was recommended by Drain Aid Plumbing. Our firrst meeting was on November 19, 2017. Unfortunately, due to insurance delays in the beginning of the project, the project was not completed until May 23, 2018. Fortunately, in the end I was very satisfied with the quality of the cabinets and the work done once Omar finally personally got involved with the work. He definitely understood my expectations. He guaranteed that I would be happy with my new kitchen and I was! He even did extra work which I really appreciated!
It just took a lot longer than I expected but worth it in the end. Thank you to Omar and his crew!!
