We have been serving the Cleveland area for over twenty years and are proud to call ourselves a Cleveland based company. Cleveland is redeveloping and we are excited to see what comes with all the changes! We offer in- house blue print drawings and interior design to all our clients. With each job we take time to understand each customers' needs, expectations and deadlines. Many customers have expressed that we have changed their views of contractors in a positive way. Our "secret" is simple; we are an honest company and feel it is of utmost importance to communicate with our customers.

Steve and his team at Forest City Builders are top notch! They did our kitchen upgrade, and it was seamless - the work was impeccable, all of the workers trustworthy, and they made great recommendations on everything from how to design the space to where to get the granite. Didn't respond in a timely manner and after telling us the plumbing and electrical part of the project would not be a problem to get done in time, after rejecting other contractors to use them , they stopped responding timely and then they finally responded after texts and emails just to retract what they said. After my husband contacted him he responded that they cant do the electrical or plumbing but would still do the deck. Originally he said he could start the deck Aug 1st if the wood was available then today said he is now scheduling 8 weeks out. Left us in bad situation with finding someone to complete the part of the work that needed done by next week.
