I can't believe this company is still in business knowing how they treat customers. Needed to replace a bad smart water heater he wanted to push a low-grade everyday normal hot water heater on me and when I questioned him he proceeded to curse me out I told him don't come back that is not good business and I will get someone else this is a very bad company they will cheat you every step of the way so they can put extra money in their pocket

Absolutely HORRID experience. There was NO communication/contact with us unless we initiated it when THEY were beyond late for their 7-11am window. They didn’t tell us that they we’re running behind or anything until they decided to call us back and reschedule for later in the day. Then they were late for that too. They seemed to have been ghosting us for most of the day. I had to call 11 times (in addition to the several times my husband called to try to get ahold of someone. Each time we were either sent to voicemail after several rings but there was a minimum of three times I called that it was only one ring the voicemail) to get someone to answer the phone and so I let the lady on the other end have it. She threatened me with cancellation because of their incompetence. We didn’t get our hot water heater fixed until 6 1/2 hours AFTER their scheduled window ended. They didn’t want to service us anyway because for our problem they lose money instead of getting it. Treat people like human beings. Not a paycheck. It shouldn’t matter that my family not having hot water for 5 days makes you no money.

Jan 20 9 to 11am, text message indicating Philip of Forever Plumbing LLC was on the way, & that we could track arrival by a link. Philip inspected the water heater to determine which part needed to be ordered. Philip took pictures & wrote down the model # to order the part. Jan 27 recv’d text message asking if we were home and that he had the part, but we were not home at the time so sent a message back indicating we would not be home until afternoon. Philip texted back, “Too late anyway.” Saturday January 29 rec’vd text message that we now had a service appointment scheduled for Feb 1 & tech will be there between 9-11am. Feb 1 Philip took apart & realized the nipple from old part different to nipple on new part still changing out the nipple with new part knowing it would not work. He says hot water heater was at highest temp it would not turn on. I told him, I don’t believe it because the temp was less than set before the dial was raised to higher temp. heater should have turned on, but it didn’t. Philip stated they ordered two different parts for it and that other part had not come in, and that if it does not work to give them another call and left. We called numerous times I can’t count, each time I was sent to VM and the VM could not take my information because the VM was full. Finally, the scheduler answered the phone in a very quick defensive tone, not allowing me to insert my words and became more an opposition rather than a pseud for concern. Her voice was so loud that my fiancé heard from another room. When I finally was able to talk, I explained the water heater did not turn on even after monitoring. She stated they could not have someone out til Fri & today being Tues, yelling that she is only the scheduler but that she did order the part all with continuous yelling. We called the warranty company; same co. received claim & she would send a different guy to arrive between 9-11am Wed Feb 2. Wed Feb 2, received a text message indicating that our service appointment with Forever Plumbing was scheduled for Feb 2 and tech will be arriving between 9-11am. At 11:30am I called the office, no one answered, going to VM, and not accepted due to VM box full. CHW suggested to wait a couple of hours and that they sent them a message. Today is Wed Feb 2 and is now 12:24pm. We never received a text message like previous indicating the person was on the way and I could track their arrival. We called several times again our call goes to VM, yet the VM is full and cannot accept new messages. Then at 12:30pm I received a text message indicating, “Hello ma’am, this is the plumber assigned to your job. ETA for today probably later around 330-400pm” At 350pm I texted plumber back asking if he was almost here. He replied at 350pm,” sorry not yet. I have one more call in Peoria and then I will be heading your way. I replied at 351pm what time that will be that you’ll be here because we were told between 9-11am and now 330-4pm, I don’t have a time and we won’t be home. Don’t you think you should be coming here first since the service call times were not promised? At 355pm, the plumber quickly replied, “I’m 1 mile from my next job and you want me to travel out to BFE and then all the way back to Peoria. I don’t think so. I apologize for the miscommunication from the office, but I had nothing to do with that. Plus, I’ve had 10 other calls before you.” I replied that I didn’t care about his being 1 mile from his next job, & that the times we were told, we adjusted our to do list, and that we’ve been having bad customer service. He texted,” K’ at this time we were back on the phone with the warranty co. to find us some other service. at 402pm, he texted, “so you won’t be home tonight, and you need first thing in the morning? Is that what I’m hearing? “I received another text at 410pm indicating that he could be at the house at 5pm. We had an appointment that we put off twice now. Called warranty co. to have job reassigned & requested Chase bank to recoup $65.00 service fee for no services rendered. Thur Feb 3, text stating, “hi Roger from Forever Plumbing LLC is on the way! You can use this link to track their arrival. Fri Feb 4, we were awakened at 7am by doorbell. I went outside to check who this was since no one was expected. It was the plumber from Forever Plumbing stated he was here to fix the issue, asking if we were having problems with the water heater. I informed him that we have chosen to go a different route because of how they treated us. He stated he lived close by and that he wasn’t too far from our home, and that he wasn’t aware that we chose to go a different route. My fiancé checked her phone after she awoke and stated that she had received a text from 534AM indicating that our service appointment with Forever Plumbing LLC has been scheduled for February 4th and that the technician would arrive between 7am-10am. no prenotification from Forever Plumbing!! BAD BUSINESS!

By Laura M.November 5, 2021Kitchen drain, outdoor plumbing and bathroom repair.$350
I would highly recommend this plumber for two reasons:
1.). They know what they are doing and were skilled enough to handle 3 complex issues in my home all on the same call.
2.) I was impressed by their customer service. After a scheduling mix up, they went out of their way to take care of me and above and beyond to ensure I was happy.
I would use again and would recommend to anyone in need of a plumber for any reason.

They were the preferred plumber for our home warranty. They had their restoration company come out first and take out the water heater, take out the wet drywall, and set up their dryers. The plumber didn't come until the next day. He was there 2 mins, took 4 photos, and charged us $85. Put in a crappy explanation of what happened and the warranty company denied our claim. Do not use them!

By Wanda R.August 16, 2021Repair plumbing
In March 2021, I called Forever plumbing for a water leak under my modular home, a plumber, won't mention a name, he is the only one I called, I left him to do the work on the plumbing issue and I had to go to work for several hours, when I returned I had a restoration company at my house, Bingham restoration company, I never talked to these people but they already had the dry wall removed and half my kitchen tile removed. No one talked to me to explain who they were and what they were doing. Long story short I had no insurance on my home thanks to State Farm. I feel like I have been scammed. Will never use this company, better to go with a company that is reputable. Now they are badgering me for several thousand dollars. Not sure who is affiliated with who but do not hire this plumbing company.

By Beau E.August 12, 2021Jet spa button
I got them assigned fron my warranty company , what a scam!! So the guy came out alittle late from the scheduled window no big deal but he was there to look at the button on a spa juczzi . He was at the house for about 3 min took a picture of the button and the back yard access panel , took the 85 dollar repair agreement from the warranty contract and said ill be back in about 3 hrs i need a ladder and the part or ill be back . tomorrow. The next day i called the company a woman anwered and said they will fix it but they need me to rip out my tub so they have access to it . Long long story later out 85 bucks and ended up going to ace hardware getting the button myself and putting it on myself with no refund ... scam stay away at all cost

Similar to the last poster, I had to deal with this company through my warranty company. They took a week to call, and set up an appointment for later in the week. The woman on the phone said I would receive a call to confirm from the technician, which I never received. I then had to take the whole day off to wait for the appointment, which they missed with no call. I called and again got no response, and was forced to leave a voicemail. I still have not received a response from my voicemail.

This is an unusual company, I had to deal with them through my home warranty policy.
First, they missed my appointment, due to a last-minute call saying that their van broke down.
They would have missed the reschedule appointment had I not called them because they didn’t show up. The one good thing was that the first tech fixed a compression fitting washer without an extra charge. BUT, they did end up charging an additional $80 for a brushed nickel faucet. They claimed the home warranty only covered a very basic faucet. Somehow they were unable to provide any warranty or owners manual for this new faucet, and it sounded like they just guessed at the make and model.
All in all, not a very good feeling when using this company -

By Pat S.November 12, 2019Hot water replacement$75
I would rate 0 stars if possible. Was at my home for 2 mins and collected $75 “trade call fee” for a claim through Old Republic to replace a broken water heater. Left without doing any work. Old Republic called next day and said there would be $450 out of pocket cost because my old water heater was made in 2005 and the new one would require retro fitting. Total scam. Put in a new water heater myself. Guess what, no reto fit required! Scam company trying to bill me for the actual cost of a new water heater. Stay far away from these rip off artists!

By MegJanuary 8, 2019plumbing leak$2,600
Shady shady shady company. William Gedney made a visual determination about my "slab leak" and reported back to the Home Warranty Company which resulted in an immediate claim denial. He then offered to repair my damage for $2600 independently. We hired a 3rd party trustworthy plumber who repaired it at a fraction of the price and determined Williams "assessment" was completely incorrect. Now going through the denial dispute process with the warranty company. This guy is affiliated with AM PM plumbing too... consumers beware (BBB).

Spent. 30 minutes and magically saw tree root under our family room floor, causing a pipe cog. Superman also saw that our plumbing needed a redo. We paid him $65, the Chice Home Warranty refused to approve our claim. An honest plumber took 5 hours to fix clog, and repair broken pipes. Unbelievable! Seems like a scam,
