  Forever pools and spa is a great company. My swimming pool was a total mess and it needed some retouches so my wife and I hired this company, and from the very beginning it was a good experience. Jose maldonado is the owner, and he is a very respectful man, he knows what he’s doing, and he’s always available whenever you call him even if it’s late at night.
  Yes, it might be true that some permits take time, but in reality that’s how it works. The permits and stuff like that don’t depend on the contractor, it depends on the city of where you live.
  We’re glad we made business with this company.
  I highly recommend forever pools and spa inc.

  I was pleased with the final performance of the work , He did an excellent job and listened when I explained him how i would like to have the work done, he was very responsible and professional ,He meets his commitments, offers ideas to do a better project and oversees the project on site if you are unable to be there yourself. Highly recommend this company.

  There are many pool and spa contractors in South Florida; go ANYWHERE else except Forever Pool. Jose Maldonado's attitude is the first negative characteristic you are faced with. Additionally he will will literally lie and say " I never said that". His price quotes are completely just a number he picks out of his ass because later on he will tell you the price is something totally different which is probably why he does not give you a written estimate. Jose thinks homeowners are as stupid as he is or as he thinks we are.
  Just look at the reviews so far which are years apart. Stay away from this contractor if you value your $ and dont want future headaches if not lawsuits.

  Install 14x30 pool

  We are currently in month 11 of our pool installation. Forever Pools and Spas, which basically just means Jose Maldonado because it's just him, has been the worst experience I've ever had with a person in my life. They would take money and disappear for at least a month after every payment, some times two months. The failed multiple inspections. And when they failed the last two inspections they didn't even notify me. They failed the call 811, subsequently hit the gas line. They ripped out my cable/internet line. Promised to be done in 90 days and we're at 344 days without completion. They destroyed my yard. Large trenches throughout from them driving through the yard to get to the work area. Huge coral rock litters my grass. I still have a small mountain they wouldn't take away. Work is not completed as per the plans. He misses 9/10 appointments to do work. He claims he ran out of money and needs more. They had to do the pool surface three times because it was flaking off, and its not even 6 months old. Stay far away from this disaster but if you do decide to call him, let him know Mr. Nick says "hi".

  Forever Pools is a company that lives up to it's name (Forever). My husband hired this company to redo our pool under the impression that as an established company they would do a good job. Let me start by saying that this project started just before Memorial Day 2017 under the assumption that it would take about two weeks to complete the project. Needless to say, I am doubting that it will be completed by this summer or even at all if this company is responsible for fixing their sloppy work. After every possible excuse in the book for countless delays, we have been way too kind and understanding with them. We inquired so many additional costs since this company said they would redo our pool, from having to hire an electrician for lights and motor installations because they didn't have one to having leaks in the pool because they picked a rainy day to actually seal the inside of the pool knowing it would not dry, doing a sloppy job removing our pavers around the pool and then piling on too much concrete which will be yet another cost to have someone chip down and replace the tiles that we will also need to buy. A total nightmare! My best advice to anyone looking to have any type of work done in their pool, if you see Forever Pools, RUN!!!!!! I only gave them one star because there is no option for zero. I hope this review will save you time, money and aggravation.

  This company's workmanship and service are terrible. It took FOREVER to complete the original job and less than 6 months since completion tiles keep popping off. I had to completely drain the pool for them to fix it (the first time) at a cost of nearly $1000. The owner said he would split the cost with me but he never reimbursed me even one cent. After that several more tiles (including some that were already replaced) have popped off again. It's been nearly one month since I contacted them but they have not made the repairs. As I said they have terrible quality and service...a losing combination. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
