    We have sub-contracted for Forister Bush Custom Homes for over 7 years. Our scope of experience includes approximately 50 remodel projects and 12 new construction projects. Job expectations are always discussed in advance and well planned out. Jobs are run in a congruous, and organized manner and payments are handled in a professional and timely fashion. Overall, this is a great company to work with!

    Full house reno

    We had an excellent experience with Alexis and her team. They started a full hour reno in Sept and we were able to move the in-law in Dec 31. Miraculous even with a hurricane that happened in the middle of the reno. All workers were nice, timely, and knowledgeable. Our price came in reasonable and in the end, landed exactly where projected! Alexis worked with my wife, who is detail oriented, and they communicated well throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

    Condo renovation
    $75,000

    We did a long distance condo remodel ((1700 sq.ft.) complete with new kitchen, baths, flooring and some mechanicals. As a GC, Alexis coordinated and managed all subcontractors, we did not need to be present nor worry about who was doing what and when (no concerns about the subs licenses or insurance status). We received written quotes outlining itemized costs (and potential overages); some of the contractors we paid directly (per their invoices). We felt we were treated honestly, issues were addressed professionally and in a timely manner. In addition to addressing construction, she also handled our custom closet designs and window treatment measurements and install. Our HOA is very strict regarding job site maintenance and all requirements were met. Truly one stop shopping and we would recommend without reservation.

    Ron and Alexis built us our dream home and it’s everything we hoped it would be and then some! The quality and attention to detail they gave us is unbelievable. Not only was the job on budget and on time it was the personal attention and professionalism they gave us that was the topping on the cake . They treated us like true friends not just clients and that’s what means the most to us . Forister Bush is the only contractor we would ever use .

    Apartment Remodel

    Terrible experience with Alexis Lyden during remodel. Unprofessional in every aspect: Invoices were all emails/texts/spreadsheets, no transparency with rates or billing, inflated rates and then appeared to mark up an additional 20%, rude/harassing/threatening messages, borderline cyberstalking/harassment, did not meet deadlines, and lied multiple times about payments to subcontractors. Would absolutely never refer this business.
