Permits
- Building permit records show that Form Pools LLC has worked on 40 permitted projects.
We signed on to have Form Pools complete our pool in May of 2021. We are still not done and have no date for completion. Now we are being told that the damage down to our sprinklers when Form dug the hole will not be fixed unless I pay them more money. This is after several written and verbal communications from Form employees tell us they would send someone out to fix it. I regret signing the contract with Form and at this point I just want them to finish my pool so I can be done with this nightmare. If you are looking for a pool company... stay away from Form Pools.
