Terrible experience with this contractor. After needing to provide constant reminders and point out significant defects throughout our renovation project we were left with the impression that with all our intervention and constant vigilance to address issues and mistakes why did we did even need a general contractor. Approximately 18 months after our renovation began we still had to walk them through the property to look at numerous defects and issues and they subsequently sent us an additional bill for $2,300 for under cabinet lighting that we never asked for, never had installed, and never even spoke about. Yep, 18 months later. That was a microcosm of our overall experience of feeling like they generally had little idea of what work we asked for and they had completed.
