I am writing to recommend the excellent work of Forte Home Builders, Inc. based on our recent
experience with a very successful new house construction at Navarre beach. The beach house is so
gorgeous! I can strongly state without hesitation that Forte Home Builders, Inc. employs superior
materials for long-term durability, and is dedicated to achieving high quality construction.
Throughout the construction, Mr. Doug Forte demonstrated efficiency, timeliness, and remarkable good
cheer. In each stage of the building development, Mr. Forte responded diligently to the myriad of
requests. Mr. Forte's professionalism, trustworthiness, integrity, personal involvement, commitment,
dependability, availability, and his attention to our needs are unapparelled. My wife and I truly enjoyed
working with Mr. Forte. I am very pleased to offer my highest possible recommendation for Forte Home Builders, Inc. as an exceptional General Contractor. I can honestly say that it is a pleasure to work with Mr. Forte; one that I look forward on future projects. -

Having used Forte as my custom home builder was an awful experience. His subs were sub par. Very sloppy and poor craftsmanship. Lots of mistakes during the build and Mr. Forte was seldom on site. He wouldn’t return calls in a timely manner to remedy the constant problems with his subs. If you want a builder who does quality work, look elsewhere.

I would not recommend. This house is built on pilings and the concrete slab underneath is not level, so when it rains, we have lots of puddles. The house next door has no puddles. Here’s some of the things wrong inside:
About 14 interior doors (some of them are pocket doors) 4 of the doors were hung crooked causing most to pop open and not being able to lock. Which is a problem when you are trying to keep a pet contained to certain part of the house. Light receptacle in pantry with wires hanging out and no light. A couple of windows won’t lock. Most outlets are very hard to plug in appliances. Bathtub scratched because building material was thrown in it. I really don’t see how some many things were overlooked.
