Carl Hoppel worked very closely with me and my architect from across the country, always keeping me informed and offering choices and suggestions that worked brilliantly, giving rare attention to every detail with taste and quality. He negotiated all permitting, demolition of the pre-existing structure, and structural engineering as smoothly as possible. He finished my entire home, in a record time of 7 months, and came in within the estimated budget. He always kept me informed when there was a glitch, and whenever I changed my mind about paint color or custom-built doors, cabinets, and closets, he always responded with a cheerful, can-do attitude. I cannot get used to how beautiful, open, comfortable, spacious, and full of light my new home is.
