Foster Contracting

John Foster was hired to update my kitchen All he talked about was this will be a 5 star kitchen this is bad faith deceptive trade practices dishonestly always asking for money for materils but never had any work done , workers stole from me he failed to show up at the project site , I had to call him to get him over , His worker(son) put in a garbage disposal that shorter out and fell off I am out $1,200.00 to repaire this . I told John that I had no hot water , and he said that will be fixed It was not , He said he stands behind his work , But has taken material from my home and yet to Provide me with 6 kitchen doors and a bottom cabinet I am out 4,185.00 for mill work not completed.The workers are inexperenced , and my house was left a mess. He told me to not worry he would get the cleaning crew here to clean up Still waiting, On my quartz They droped a large piece in the driveway and pieced my counters together I told John that I did not want all those seams . He said I would not see them Guess what I can see them. They used screwed drivers instead of shims to level out the counters. . They did not sand the cabinets before painting. The paint is coming off, Please do not use this company , I have pictures to prove all complaints , and will be filing a case against him and his company. He comes off as a Christian But will take your last dollar and laugh about it. God does not lik ugly.

We just had a house completely remodeled by Foster Contracting Services. John the owner is very knowledgeable when it comes to the plans for a project. He started out by having the interior of the house designed by Art Archuleta. The plans were awesome and we finally knew what it was going to look like and cost us to have it remodeled. He set up all the phases with skilled workers and trades, purchased all the materials we asked for, and was there most of the time directing all the Sub-Contractors. We would like to hire you again John as we have many clients this year needing to remodel their house. Thank you for the hard work, Sir.

First, we are really happy with the work that was done in our house. Foster Contracting remodel of our kitchen looks great. We love our wood floors throughout the house and a couple of the "extras" we had thrown in (new sliding glass door, windows, repair of the front door.
They came in at the cost we agreed to, and huge shout-outs to Carlos, Judd, and Bobby were amazing workers.
For us, the concern was a lack of communication. I know that they do this work all the time, but we received a lot of vague answers and timelines that got extended and extended.
