    Gut renovate home
    $400,000

    I do not review businesses often but I feel strongly that I have to alert the community about Foster Design Build. Bob Berg is not an honest person and not qualified to renovate homes or build new. I have spoken with multiple other "clients" of Bob and Foster Design Build and many have contemplated lawsuits. We hired FDB since they assured us they were experienced in renovating old homes. However, that was not the case. Bob never met a deadline or a budget. In fact, our project went 4-5 months beyond the target completion date and cost more than double the original project estimate. I strongly, strongly encourage any families evaluating a home renovation to NOT use Bob and/or Foster Design Build unless you want to be lied to and ripped off. It makes me sad to admit that we were taken advantage of but that is the case. Also, read all the other reviews on Google. They are all fake people.

Well, we did have lots of dinner parties, until this Coronavirus nightmare. But the silver lining for this crisis is that we have a beautiful home to stay cooped up inside all day now.
