I cannot say any better word to explain Foster Earl than Unreliable, Untrustworthy, and Disrespectful person. He got $15K of our money in 3 phases before doing the actual job and threatened us to leave in the middle of the job if we don't pay him in advance. Then he left the job without notice and took our money. He took the materials that we paid for it from our property without telling us. Every time we wanted him to do a part of job we had to text and call him begging to come to the job site. He didn't reply our text and calls until we called him from a new number and he picked up the call and we talked to him. I don't really know who gave him the license to work in MA when he is acting like this towards his customers. We have filed a complaint against him and we are trying to take him to the court for his actions.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN TO DO ANY WORK FOR YOUR HOUSE! FOSTER EARL JR ROBBED ME OF $100,600 dollars. My house was in a fire May 2021. Hired him back in August 2021, paid him his first installment in September, he didn’t start work until November. It has been 9 months and he has nothing done. Not plumbing, not the electrical work, no floors, or kitchen. Been living in a mobile home for a year now. He put up walls before he did any plumbing. All brand new walls in the house and it looks like I lived there already. I called the building inspector and he still refuses to do any work. Begged this man for my money back and he won’t give me back my money. I’m trying to get his license taken away. HE SHOULD NOT HAVE A CONTRACTOR ANYTHING. I called the guy he’s working under and now he has to clean up his mess. DO NOT HIRE FOSTER EARL JR! RUN FAR AWAY!
