I hired F1 in January 2021 to install foundation piers to raise and stabilize my home foundation. They installed piers and furnished lifetime warranty. I contacted F1 November 2023 for inspector to come out and check as house has settled more. They sent inspector out and he agreed it had settled and needed fixed. The inspector called me and stated they would be fixing problem no charge under warranty. I tried to contact the inspector by phone and email to schedule the repairs, with no response. Finally his office emailed me yesterday that they had been sold and no warranties transferred. Reccomend if you need foundation repair to not use any division of F1 company.
