We needed our kitchen and bath done over. we called and Ken came out to our house gave us a ton of ideas and ended up designing both the kitchen and Bath. The were quick timely and when hidden problems arrived as they always seem to do they were presented to us explained and delt with in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a professional job done right.

Be careful with this contractor. These are the reasons for my poor evaluation:
On April 21st, the motor of one of our fridges stopped working. We called the manufacturer, who came to the premises the following day in order to assess the situation as the equipment is new and under warrant. The assessment was that the electric wiring behind the socket was wrongly wired, and instead of providing 220V, it was only providing 110V, which damaged the motors. This contractor was clearly told this socket needed 220V, but he failed to follow up on it and an installation of 110V was setup without verification. He realized the problem when the fridge was connected and it would not work THE DAY BEFORE THE OPENING OF THE NEW STORE at the Reading Terminal Market. The contractor brought a new electrician to completely rewire the electrical installation for the equipment, which implied the need to brake a wall. We are still waiting for this contractor to pay for the repair of the wall as well as the invoice produced by the fridge company which did not cover the repair with the guarantee. The fridge has no more coverage due to this incident.
