I know the so called "IT professional" Chris is not professional at all at both his work and his communication. He worked very slowly and many times he doesn't even know how to fix the problems until he asked someone else for help. There are several times he came to our site to fix things without any advance notice and he unplugged the lines that he doesn't even know what line which caused us to lose internet and server without being noticed.
Response from Fountaine Information Systems Inc August 25, 2016Thank you for the review, all feedback is taken seriously and we always strive to improve upon any positive or negative perceptions. In our industry, the first thing taught is to ALWAYS CHECK CONNECTIONS. The next step is to cut the problem in half to whittle down to the root cause. In this particular case the cause was the ISP not taking the corrective action from Chris. With regards to working slow. Well, if an engineer does too many things at once it becomes unclear what actually resolves an issue which in the long run will cause more problems than reported. Calling others for help is not necessarily a bad thing, it's a sign of maturity especially when working with a vendor that is a multi conglomerate telecommunications company that controls every move. We've all been on the phone with these people and if we don't follow their checklist the likelihood of escalating the issue is non existent. Finally, we require and are assigned a single point of contact with all customers. The reason for this is to allow the customer to control costs and give "authorization to work" which speeds up the process. Unfortunately, the SPC does not alway do diligence of contacting remote sites to inform them we will be onsite. Wish we had control over it but in the end, we are taking direction from the customer. We stand by Chris, his incredible communication skills and technical abilities. We would be lost without his ability to take control of a difficult situation when needed. I'd recommend the author of this review speak to their SPC if they have an issue and I am willing to bet the feeling is the complete opposite. Thanks again for the review.

I was referred to Brandon by an Exacq district manager who let him know I needed some network help. It was said he was good at Networking and he also confirmed he does a lot of fixing what others mess up...and i needed someone to fix my internet configurations and install a new Router and Modem.
When Brandon first contacted me he was nice and said he could do the job. He first said he could not do it for 2 weeks, the next week after, then next month in November 2017, He never responded back?? When i called him he answered 3 times and kept postponing when he was going to do the job and said this is not how I usually operate???. Then he stopped answering my calls, emails, and texts completely without any communication what so ever, not even that he changed his mind about doing the job and just left me hanging!!!
He and his business are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I would stay away from this business. It is my belief that if you pay him thousands of dollars he will drop what he is doing and try do the job?? But from what I read in the last review, I would not count on it being very good.
***And Brandon when you read this I do NOT need your insincere apology again, as Apologies only make you feel better NOT me!
