BEWARE - HORRIBLE WORKMANSHIP! I filed a complaint with AZ Registrar of Contractors after Harrison claimed the work on my cabinets was a great job and he even told me I was being picky. The AZ Registrar of Contractors had a different point of view and favored with me. I submitted 19 overall complaints and the ROC agreed with 12 of the 19. This is what was also written in the report, "the Registrar has substantiated that your work fails to meet minimum workmanship standards." It was difficult to think that he would have to come back into my house to try to repair the damage he had done. The day he did come to work on his directives from the report, he again treated me with such disrespect. He was so polite when providing me the initial estimate but when I clearly was unhappy with the outcome he became disrespectful, condescending and despicable customer service. Harrison told me that the reason my cabinets did not go on straight was because "whenever you take cabinet doors off, they never go back on straight." WHAT? When I told him I expect them to be straight he said “I am not a cabinet person, I am a painter” Strange to me because he has Cabinets in his company name. He drilled holes in my cabinets where knobs were not located. He moved my laundry cabinet doors having visible holes without repair. My cabinets were peeling 5 days after the initial project. More than 1/2 of my cabinet doors are crocked. Excuse, after excuse, after excuse with no resolution! Even after the inspection, he never took responsibility for his horrible job.

Harrison told me that to complete the directives of the complaint, he would do his best to meet the minimum standards. Yes, I said minimum. Apparently he is happy with minimum standards and poor workmanship. He offered 1/2 of my money back and we settled on a full refund as he wanted to "make it all go away". He has a dig on his license from my project and AZ ROC agreed.

I have provided pictures of his end project. My cabinets were a dark finish before. I chose the lighter color to brighten up my kitchen and wanted them antiqued (glazed). Please note that all my cabinet doors have something wrong with them. Every cabinet was left with the glaze goop in the corner cracks. Again, being told that is how they are supposed to look.

This was the worst contractor experience EVER.
