Every year we have the a/c system looked at before summer hits to attempt to avoid a breakdown. The office was friendly, but I think I spoke to the owner while he was driving. Technicians show up and tell us what is wrong after 10 minutes and $500 dollars later they are down the road. Four Seasons showed up and the technician was friendly and polite and didn’t smell like he just put out his cigarette. We are a non-smoking home so it is important to me. About 40 minutes later the technician asked if he could go over what he had found and I thought, “ok, here we go”. I followed him to the unit in the backyard and to my surprise he explained what the parts were in the unit and where we had a problem. All the parts were good except for a bad wire connection which he said would only take a moment to fix. It was nice someone was taking the time to explain things versus what I had experienced. Credit to the previous company for doing what I paid them to do, but I am going to stick with Four Seasons Mechanical. Great job Scott and thank you for being so patient with me.

I have lived out here for a very long time and replaced and repaired several air conditioners. I haven't seen it all, but I've seen a lot. Four Seasons Mechanical came out to my home on a Saturday afternoon when my a/c wouldn't keep up with the heat. The compressor valves were going and the technician took the time to show me and explain what was happening. I told the young man I wanted a new unit and he quoted a couple of brands and ratings. The best part is he wasn't pushy or trying to get a "deal". I wanted Carrier and told him the rating I wanted and he went to work on it. Monday they did the installation and it went like clockwork. Everybody knew their job and it was smooth. I worked for Carrier for almost 30 years and I will never have anyone else work on my home again except for this company and these men. Hats off to Four Seasons Mechanical and to Neal, my new favorite HVAC man.

    Four Seasons Mechanical L L C

Our home warranty company had sent another contractor out 6 times to fix a problem and all we got was the run around. We asked for another company and Four Seasons Mechanical was given the task of getting our unit working properly again. The technician showed up at our home and took the time to listen to our problems with our unit and look over past invoices. After about an hour he had a diagnosis for us and a new compressor was going to fix the problem.. Four Seasons Mechanical requested the part be expedited due to our frustration and the part was installed the next afternoon. We wish the home warranty company would have just sent them out the first time. Right from the get go you could tell these people care and know what they are doing.

    Four Seasons Mechanical L L C

Our A/C went down on a Friday afternoon and we put a call in for service with the office. The technician arrived the following morning and located the problem which was our compressor. The home warranty company would not have one available till Monday and it was to humid to stay at the house. The technician informed us that a special rate had been secured at a couple of hotels around the area and that we could stay at a discounted rate. The Dobson Ranch Inn worked out great for us, our two dogs, and the compressor was installed on Monday afternoon. Thanks Four Seasons Mechanical!!
