Jim is an extremely hard working contractor but needs significant improvement on scheduling, timetables, and contract completion. Some of the products applied didn't adhere properly (which was corrected at no additional charge) but this would lend to why they were applied in the first place. Contractor should have had much more help to mask / tape / protect. Overall quality of final product was good but project ran 6 weeks past contract completion date.
