Four Seasons Painting & Remodel Inc
I have been in the construction business for 34 years. I started in 1982 as a laborer, and opened my first business in 1997. I came back to Oregon in 2012, and started my construction firm in 2014. I love what I do, and it shows in my work. I and my crew are very meticulous, and strive for perfection in every job.

I had a very poor experience with Erick and his staff. The week that he took my deposit and started the job he left for a week vacation to Hawaii leaving one employee on the job. He did not communicate this vacation when signing contracts and cashing the check. Upon return he worked short days and did not complete the contracted work in the agreed timeframe. The one employee was unprofessional and was left to complete the job as a one man crew. I was constantly cleaning up after them and months later am still picking up cigarette buts all around the house. His bid was low but inaccurate. I felt like he bid low to get the job with the intent to add time and materials projects to make up the money from the low bid. Just about every day he would come to us and want to discuss other time and material jobs that were outside of the contract. Do your homework...

Erick is very personable and easy to work with. We found he takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. He kept us informed at all times. He did not come in with the lowest bid but he did do the best work we've seen of all the contractors we have had in the past. I would not hesitate to hire him again. In fact when we have a new project, I will be calling on him. I am very pleased at the changes he made in my laundry room. Thank you Erick and crew. Mrs. Ivorine Neu

He didn't let the house dry after power washing and then painted it and you can see waters spots, and the guy that did the trimming did a very bad job its already peeling! I'm still giving him a chance to fix it , hopefully. Ugh
