The pool took about 40 days to build. I had a drawing of what i wanted the pool to look like, they used this and added some detail, design turned out great. Since this is a saltwater pool, we spent more on plater, going with the recommendation of the designer and installed ,pebble tec to the plaster. The flow of work seemed on point. Communication rom the company to me was good. The contractors working for Pulliam were good. We had no issues during the build. Pulliam did a great job in teaching us how to use the pool, how to clean the pool and how to spot problems during pool school. I did have a. Issue with the pump controller, the unit got water in it and malfunctioned. Pulliam came out immediately to fix the issue. So far, knock on wood, no other major issues. Our time from signing the papers to swimming in the pool was 3.5 months.
