I do not recommend them. I do not feel like my experience with them was good. Again, I do not recommend them.

Last year we used Four Square Tile & Design for a small master bath remodel. They came highly recommend. The owner came to bid the job and convinced us that he could to a zero threshold shower entry that would be amazing as he and another from his team had just been trained in the Schluter system. We spent the extra money and now we have a huge hump in our floor. The Schluter system was ordered and was too long for the shower but it was the recommended slope. To make it fit, it was cut down which basically changed the recommended slope outside of Schluter specs. The glass for the shower had to be measured extremely carefully to create enough clearance when being opened outward. Also, the floor is completely uneven and was not floated properly to create a level tiling surface. Just to get a level toilet, the plumber had to shim the front of the toilet at least a half inch. (see pic)
The walls in the shower were not even checked for plumb. The glass for the shower touches at the top and the bottom and there is at least a half inch bow in the middle that had to be filled with silicon.
We did a mosaic hexagon on the floor and where it was uneven, the owner tried to fix it by sanding the uneven area which resulted in high and low spots in the floor, and there are still raised tile edges that you feel with you feet throughout the floor. All and all, the workmanship was horribly poor, the finished product does not function as it should (slope for proper shower draining) and it every other sub that has come into the bathroom has commented on the various issues. Oh, and to boot, the sealer on the floor left stains in the stone tile.
Ted, the owner, committed to the job and then due to personal issues took an impromptu trip to Florida and left a young apprentice to do the work. I reached out numerous times to get resolution. After a while, Ted just left it and last I heard from him was in April.
Frankly, I shouldn't have paid in full until the job was fixed. I should've had it inspected along the way. However, Ted is a business owner and should've taken responsibility to make it right, especially after I brought the issues to his attention.
I would not use nor recommend Four Square Tile, period. Lack of quality. Lack of accountability. No interest in making it right. Just make the money and move on.
