  Insurance co hired them to put new AC

  $2,000

  The worse experience ever. Four square was sent out by home warranty co. What a worse experience ever. Do not use that they are a scam. They replaced my unit in 2019 and they did not even pulled permits. Once called out in permits BOB told me that is the insurance co was supposed to do it. After the face BOB had to come out to pull permits. After 5 yrs I am finding out they did not even register my new unit so after 5 yrs I am having new AC unit installed again. After I called BOB he told me that’s not his responsibility and that I would have had to do it. Always blaming someone else for their crappy jobs. Do not use them you will be sorry.

  Fix gas furnace

  Foursquare was dispatched by our warranty provider Cinch and after a few bad experiences with other providers, we found Foursquare to be on time, very professional and extremely competent. Their communication was great and they correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem in timely fashion. We love Foursquare!

  We have used FourSquare for HVAC repairs on multiple occasions (our units are several decades old) and have found them to be very competent, competitive, honest, and responsive. I encourage others to give them a try. We are glad we did. They are always very clear, don’t try the upsell that is rampant in the industry, and get the job done. We have had several technicians and each have been top notch.

  Bob and Yassin were the best. Bob was very helpful and attentive in helping get us scheduled. Yassin the technician was so awesome and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate both of them and for being so honest and helpful. Thank you again both.

  Fix my A/C

  I’ve been using FourSquare for any HVAC needs for a couple of years now and I don’t have anything but an excellent experience each time. My condenser stopped working on one of the hottest days. I called first thing in the morning and I had a technician at my house by 2pm. Overall exceptional service and the fees are reasonable. Thank you FourSquare Heating and Cooling.

  Air condition repair

  They are only available 8-4, Monday through Friday. I took a whole day off work to meet them, only to have them arrive without the proper equipment to do the job. I asked if they could come back that day and they said no. For the second appointment, I didn’t want to take a whole other day due to their own problems so I asked them please come after 2. They came at 1. I asked could they come back and they said no. They said the “boss” would call me to reschedule and he never did. I called the home warranty company that assigned them to me, American home shield, and said I need a different company that has better hours. Four square claimed that they could accommodate me and would call me to set up another appointment. They never called. Because four square kept claiming that they could do the job, American home shield refused to give me another contractor. At this point I had been without ac in 90 degree heat for more than a week. I ended up cancelling American home shield and hiring a different company. P.s I looked up where they are located and they aren’t even that far from my house.

  HVAC

  The reviews by other customers are precisely on point! It appears this is a family-run (father & son) "business" of foreigners. The technician/son destroyed the disconnect box I previously paid an electrician to install. He spent most of the time troubleshooting/talking with his father on the phone - only to leave and never call back/return. I phoned their "office" 4x to check status and finally express dissatisfaction. After which, the father simply called the warranty company (AHS) and cancelled the service request without ever calling me to offer a heads-up.

  This company is unprofessional, unethical, sloppy, small, and questionable. Call someone else!

  investigate gas leak in HVAC system

  I was worried when I saw these other reviews. Four Square was assigned by my home warranty company. I called them as soon as I got the assignment on a Sunday evening and they scheduled to come out on Monday the next day. The tech arrived on time. They checked both systems for gas leaks (and the hot water heater while he was there). The tech was very professional.

  Like most, I was stressing out after seeing the reviews on here. Yes, my home warranty company assigned this company for service. After reading reviews, it made me want to call and ask for another contractor (I didn't). Fortunately for me, it actually went okay. They did not blow me away but they did not screw me either. They called within 24 hours to schedule a date (2 days out) and promptly called on the way. They did have to come back to address a minor issue, but again, they did respond promptly. I've seen better workmanship (i.e. sloppy wire routing, etc.) so I am not about to recommend them as your forever HVAC company but for a home warranty contractor, they were fine.

  My home warranty company sent this company out today.. They came to our home, was literally there for 10 mins. Took pictures said they could do nothing and left. No explanation nothing. We pay for a service from our warranty company and if this is the type of people they are doing business with we may need to look for a different home warranty because this company was absolutely worthless.

  Inspect HVAC Unit

  This contractor came out as he is partnered with my Home Warranty Provider. He completely disregarded the information i provided I felt as if he was doing all he could to keep the Warranty company from having to pay large repair/replacement bill.

  Fix inefficient HVAC

  Terrible service. In the middle of COVID, the technician came (in a car without logo or any indication of who he was) wearing a mask below his mouth (on his chin only), came way too close. Service was incomplete--they only put a little freon in the AC unit, turned it on, and did NOT address my issues with it (uneven cooling, inefficient, extremely high bills). They charged me for the service and then wanted to charge more just to clean the unit. Do not recommend these guys--unprofessional in every way.
