I don't know how the above person had a hard time with Fox Concrete. We have worked with them on numerous projects as well as a lot of our friends and we have never had any problems. They are great to work with and do a beautiful Job. Perhaps you are a difficult person that no one can please.

By Jessica H.June 2, 2017Pour RV pad$1,500
We had them pour an RV pad on the side of our house that needed to be thick because our lot is a bit higher than the one next to us and there will be a fence between the two. We talked about this issue with them multiple times before it was poured and they assured us they were aware and would do it right. The day they came to pour it we were out of town and were not able to be there to make sure it was done right and it was not poured down to grade. Now we are left with a pad that is only poured halfway down and road base is falling out of the edge into our neighbors yard. The pad will crack on the edges as soon as anything is parked on top of it and we are having to pay DOUBLE the amount of the pad just to have it fixed. Of course we tried talking to the company and they are unwilling to fix it.

Worse concrete contractor experience I’ve ever had!
I recently hired Fox Concrete (Bryan and Tyson Fox) and I highly recommend you do not hire them!!! If it were possible to give a negative star review I would do it. One star is way too good for Bryan and Tyson. Please read about my issues below but more importantly are the pictures of their work shortly after it was completed. See pictures of terrible Fox Concrete workmanship online at Google Reviews. shorturl.at/iDFTU
I don't take kindly to poor workmanship, pompous contractor attitudes, malicious service and non-responsive communication after a poor job has been done. I will be doing whatever it takes to expose Bryan and Tyson. I was extremely patient, responsive customer, who worked around their schedule and paid early. I asked Bryan after he bumped my large project for another project, why he took my job if he couldn't keep a commitment. He told me "I have been asking myself the same question. I can't make every customer happy and when another job coming from a customer who gives me $50k in business every month, I will push off other business to make them happy." He actually admitted to me that he favors certain customers over others, that he doesn't care if he makes certain customers unhappy. I asked him if I had been a good customer, and he said yes. so why was he treating me this way. His response, "I have nothing to say.". Bryan and Tyson did a very large driveway project for me. I have had many concrete projects completed in the past and this was the first time I have been completely embarrassed and 100 % dissatisfied by the end product. Bryan Fox and his son and foreman Tyson Fox were personally on the job to supervise a 85 yard pour. We had many issues with them previous to the pour trying to schedule the job, bumping us for other jobs, but the job was finally completed on Wednesday June 26th. The end result was the worst product I have ever seen from bad joints, a completely unfinished 500 square foot section, forms being left in, and the icing on the cake, the foreman himself, Tyson Fox, the son, hand spraying sealer on wet concrete as fast as he could humanly possibly do it. I'm including pictures of the joints, the forms still in place, the uneven and pooling sealer. I've had two other concrete contractors look at the outcome. The first told me that it looked like they started off right but got sloppier as the job went. The other concrete contractor who has been in the business for 15 years said, "I've never seen any pour that bad in 15 years of doing this!!!, and has suggested I contact an attorney which I am already in talks with. One of the contractors who reviewed the job asked me how long the project took, I told them the pour started at 7am and they were off the site at 4pm. His response, "they hurried the job and didn't take the necessary time or care to make it look like a finished product." Obviously!!! I expect a contractor to keep their word and commitment, to provide good performance, and to be respectful to me in terms of communication, responsiveness. Who wouldn't when you spend $44,000. This is a large project for residential. I offered to be a good reference for good work. I have a very large network nationally and my objective every day is to promote great professionals. The majority of the contractors I hire are awesome and provide great workmanship. Bryan and Tyson Fox are not on that list. I will be seeking compensation to repair my driveway that also has a radiant heat system built in, hence the reason for replacing my driveway. I HAVE LEFT VOICE MESSAGES, TEXT MESSAGES BUT NO RESPONSE. A VERY VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!
